What is the difference between the NHS Electronic Prescription Service and the Online Doctor Service
The Electronic Prescription Service is designed to save time for people who require repeat prescriptions that have been issued by your regular GP. This service allows your prescriptions to be sent directly and electronically to us to be processed and delivered to the address of your choice. The Online Doctor Service is for new or repeat treatments which are not issued on NHS prescriptions, but paid for privately.
I have a generic medication on my prescription, but I want to have the branded version.
If you want to receive a branded version of the prescribed medication, please contact your GP first. We are only allowed to send you a medication that was prescribed by your GP.
